Return Policy

All sales are final after 30 days.
We offer free refunds within 7 days of receiving your order.
After the first day, credit card refunds will include a 4% merchant fee.
All other approved refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Merchandise must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving the order and must be returned in like-new, unaltered, and resellable condition.
Additional charges may apply if items are returned with damage, adhesive, missing parts, or other signs of use beyond normal inspection.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping method. Lumitask is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds are issued after the returned merchandise is received and inspected. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Be prepared to describe the reason for your return.

Items returned without an RMA number and proof of purchase will be returned to the sender.


5-Year Limited Warranty

We proudly offer a 5-Year Limited Warranty on all products. If your item has a manufacturer defect, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost within the warranty period (starting from the delivery date). Proof of purchase is required.

*Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us. Lumitask is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

*If we confirm the item is defective, your return shipping cost will be refunded.

*If the issue is not a manufacturer defect, we may offer a repair option at your cost.

We offer repair services for most products. Proof of purchase is required.

Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for:

*Providing the correct shipping address

*Ensuring a secure delivery location

We cannot offer refunds for orders that are undeliverable, misdelivered, lost, or stolen due to incorrect addresses or insecure delivery points.

We ship orders via USPS Ground Advantage (free of charge).
Expedited or alternate shipping carriers are available for an added fee.

Shipping Timeline:

*Orders usually ship within 72 hours (Monday–Thursday).

*Orders placed on Friday, weekends, or U.S. holidays will ship the next business day (Monday–Thursday).

International orders may require additional shipping fees.


Packaging

We do our part to reduce waste by using recycled boxes and clean packing materials whenever possible.

If you prefer new packaging, please let us know when placing your order.
