Return Policy

FREE refunds on the same day of purchase. A 4% merchant fee will be charged for all other refunds. Proof of purchase is required.

Merchandise must be shipped back within 30 days from the date the order was received and must be in its original unaltered resellable condition.

The customer must ship the merchandise back at their expense. A traceable method is recommended. Lumitask is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit.

After the merchandise is received by Lumitask, a refund will be issued for the cost of the merchandise itself. No shipping and handling will be refunded.

Before returning merchandise, you must contact us at (844) 533-8275 or lumitask@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please be prepared to discuss the reason for the return and to answer a few questions.

Merchandise sent to us without proof of purchase and an RMA number will be Returned to Sender. 

 

Warranty

5-Year Limited Warranty. Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced within the 5-Year warranty period (the receipt of goods date). Proof of purchase is required. 

The customer must ship the merchandise back at their expense. A traceable method is recommended. Lumitask is not responsible for merchandise lost. The customer will be refunded for shipping if the product is determined to be defective by the manufacturer. Otherwise, a repair option may be available.

Repairs

We offer repair services for most of our products. Proof of purchase is required.

The Customer is responsible for repair costs and shipping costs.

Shipping

The Customer's is responsible for providing the correct Shipping Address at the time an order is placed. There are no refunds for orders and shipping fees when an order is lost, stolen or undeliverable.
